The facilities at St John Vianney Catholic Primary School Greenacre complement our modern and flexible learning spaces, encouraging collaboration and creativity in our students. Students enjoy the use of technology and contemporary learning spaces to aid in their learning and social development.
Large Playing Areas
Our school has three large outdoor playing areas enabling the different age groups to actively play basketball, soccer and Oztag during their lunch and recess breaks. Break away areas incorporate creative and passive play spaces, eating areas, and a play equipment section.
STJV Juniors is a playgroup that meets on Thursday mornings between 9.00am and 10.30am. Children of any age and their parents or caregivers are welcome to attend. It is a very informal way to get to know other parents while your child plays and interacts with other children. The children listen to stories, sing songs, do craft and play. Parents pack their child’s morning tea, which they eat outside in the playground as part of their morning activities. There is a $2 fee which covers craft materials.
Newly Renovated Classrooms
Our classrooms are designed to promote collaboration and learning for all children. Classrooms are well-equipped with modern furniture and the latest technology which provides students with relevant, purposeful and engaging learning experiences.
